Understanding Team Roles & Permissions
Overview
Your employer account supports multiple team members so your entire hiring team can collaborate in one place. Each person you invite is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do.
Available roles
Owner
The Owner is the primary account holder. There is exactly one Owner per account. Owners have full access to everything, including billing, plan management, and the ability to delete the account.
Admin
Admins can do almost everything the Owner can, except manage billing or delete the account. Use this role for a trusted office manager or HR lead who needs full operational control.
Hiring Manager
Hiring Managers can create and edit job listings, review applications, leave notes, update application statuses, and message candidates. They cannot manage other team members or access billing.
Reviewer
Reviewers can view applications and leave notes but cannot change application statuses, edit listings, or contact candidates directly. Ideal for department heads or interviewers who need visibility without editing access.

Choosing the right role
When in doubt, start team members with the Reviewer role and upgrade them once you’re confident in their responsibilities. You can change a team member’s role at any time without affecting their account.
