Setting Up Your Employer Profile
Why your profile matters
Your employer profile is the first thing a job seeker sees when they find one of your listings. A complete, well-written profile builds trust and increases the quality of applicants you attract.
Accessing your profile
From the dashboard, click your company name in the top navigation bar, then select Edit Profile from the dropdown.
What to fill out
Company basics
- Company Name — Your official business name as it should appear publicly.
- Company Logo — Upload a square image, minimum 400×400px. PNG or SVG preferred.
- Tagline — One sentence that describes what your company does.
- Website URL — Links to your public-facing site from your profile page.
- Founded Year — Helps candidates understand your company’s history.
- Company Size — Select the range that best describes your current headcount.
About section
Write 2–4 paragraphs about your company culture, mission, and what makes working there unique. This is your chance to sell candidates on why they’d want to work for you — not just what the role entails.
Social links
Connect your LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, or other relevant social profiles. These display as icons on your profile page.
Saving your changes
Click Save Profile at the bottom of the form. Changes are visible immediately on your public profile page.
| 💡 Tip Profiles with a logo, full About section, and at least one social link receive 2× more profile views than incomplete profiles. |
