An active listing is any job posting that is currently live and visible to job seekers on the platform. Listings you’ve closed, filled, or paused don’t count against your active limit — so you can archive completed roles and post new ones freely within your plan’s active slot count. Listings don’t expire on a timer; they stay active until you close them or your account changes.

Yes. Add-on ad spend is billed separately from your subscription. You authorize a specific budget amount, and we charge only that amount — no automated increases, no overage charges. If your campaign reaches its budget cap, it pauses rather than exceeding your limit. You’ll receive a separate, itemized invoice for any ad spend billed in a given month.

No. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again, but you keep full access and your listings stay live until the period ends. If you’re on the free plan, your account and listing remain active indefinitely — cancellation only applies to paid subscriptions.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for your current billing cycle — you only pay the difference for the days remaining. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep your current features through the month you’ve already paid for. If a downgrade reduces your listing limit below your active count, you’ll be prompted to choose which listings to keep active.

Yes — the free plan is a real, functional employer account, not a stripped demo. You get one active job listing, a full employer profile, an applicant inbox, and direct messaging with candidates. It’s genuinely useful for smaller businesses or employers who want to test the platform before committing to a paid plan. There’s no time limit on the free plan.

No. Your profile is private by default. Employers can only see your information if you’ve submitted an application to one of their listings. We don’t have a public searchable resume database that employers browse without your action. You control who sees your information.

Yes — that’s the whole point. You build your profile once and apply to as many jobs as you like with a single click. Your full profile — work history, skills, availability, and resume — is sent to each employer. You can also review and update your profile any time, and those updates reflect immediately across any future applications.

You can set up job alerts by keyword, category, job type (Job or Career), and schedule preference. When a new listing matches your criteria, you’ll receive a notification right away — so you can apply before the field fills up. Alerts are free and don’t require an account to set up, though having a profile makes applying even faster when a match comes in.
