Our story
Why we built this.
The hiring platform problem isn’t a lack of applicants — it’s a lack of the right applicants. Platforms built on per-click billing have no incentive to send you fewer, better-qualified candidates. More clicks means more revenue for them, regardless of whether you ever make a hire.
We saw employers burning through budgets on applications that went nowhere, and job seekers applying into a void with no response. The platforms profiting from both sides of that equation had no reason to fix it.
KareerKomet exists to flip that model. Flat-fee pricing means our success is tied to yours. If employers find great candidates and stay — we grow. If they don’t — they leave. That alignment changes everything about how a platform gets built and how it behaves.

Honest by design
Our pricing model is built to keep our incentives aligned with yours. We don’t charge per click, so we have no reason to send you low-quality traffic. We succeed when you hire — not when you pay.
Depth over breadth
We started in Northeast Indiana and we’re growing deliberately — market by market, making sure we can genuinely serve employers and job seekers well before moving on. We’d rather do one market right than fifty markets poorly.
Platform over promise
Features ship when they’re ready and work as described. We’d rather do less and do it well than over-promise a roadmap and under-deliver. What’s on the platform today is real, tested, and maintained.
Human support, always
Every support message gets a real response from a real person. We won’t hide behind a help center article when you need an actual answer. That’s a commitment we make to every user on every plan.
Where we're headed
Growing carefully. On purpose.
Our goal isn’t to be the biggest job board. It’s to be the most trusted one in every market we’re in. We launched in Northeast Indiana and we’re adding markets where we can do that well — not just where the numbers are biggest.
When KareerKomet comes to a new market, employers and job seekers there get a platform that’s already proven, a team that already knows how to support it, and a model that’s already been validated to work.
